I’ve been drinking Kombucha for a little while now and I must admit, it’s pretty incredible stuff. It’s a strain of fungus and bacteria made into a naturally carbonated tea. Yes I know. Bacteria and fungus doesn’t sound desirable, but most of you eat cheese and yogurt.This story revolves around the founder’s mother having cancer and how she attributed this drink to aiding in her healing process. This is not recognized by any medical institution to treat ailments, but it’s something you should check out for yourself. It’s strangely effervescent, but really delicious once you get passed the first sip. The Chinese and Russians have been drinking this stuff for centuries. I guess it’s one of those old ancient methods of herbal salvation. Anyways, I like it. Do your own research and grab a bottle.
